Outbuildings at Rear of 25 Allesley Old Road
Grade II listed 1840’s master watchmaker’s house and rear workshop wing. The interior of the house was damaged by extensive unauthorised works in 2012. The first floor of the rear wing was suffering from serious structural problems and was in danger of collapse.
