Planning Applications

The City Council receives scores of planning applications every week. Many of these are minor alterations that may be important to neighbours but have little significance to the wider city. You can search for all planning applications, past and present, from the Council's Planning Portal

On this page we set out some of the recent planning applications  (going back up to one year) that we feel might have wider significance for people in the city. We don't include minor development, extension, advertisements or the submitted details on approved projects.
